Simon Rice is the founder and driving force behind Retro AI. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience across electronics, IT infrastructure, and telecommunications, Simon brings a rare combination of practical trade knowledge and modern tech insight. His background ranges from military electronics and radio systems to home automation, business networking, and commercial kitchen diagnostics. This deep technical foundation allows Simon to solve problems others can’t and to explain them in a way clients can actually understand.
Simon launched Retro AI to fill a growing gap in the industry: honest, tailored tech support that doesn’t overpromise or underdeliver. He oversees every aspect of the business from quoting and system design to troubleshooting and on-site work ensuring that clients get consistent quality and care.
